Hi, when I login to SNTC everything loads OK for me as I was granted access. My colleague neds access as well, how do we go about getting him access as well please, as he is registered, but just gets a blank screen.

You are also the delegated administrator of your company and has the ability of assigning users from you company that has the proper Cisco.com ID to be a user on the SNTC portal. but the tool you connect to this assignment is the following tool :

Thank you for your help. Didn't know anything about Cisco SAM. I've set my colleague up with access to the SNTC portal.
