SNTC Activation e-mail

Hi there,

My customer did the SNTC registration four days ago but he didn't receive the "verification email" to click on the link to complete the request.

We need some help to complete the registration, please.

Hello,

Sharing the resolution summary:

>The users with the mentioned CCO ID have been associated as Delegated Administrator and assigned the role of customer admin on CSAM
>We have manually synced the user from our end and SNTC service has been enabled.
> User is active on the SNTC portal for the mentioned account.
>Issue has been resolved now.
