SNTC Activation

Hi there,

My customer did SNTC registration 2 days ago but still not able to access the portal even after 48 hours.

Hello,

Thank you for contacting Cisco.

As you mentioned the DA was added 2 days ago, can you please provide the following information?

• Company name.
• Company address.
• CCOID of DA added.
• Email.
• CR Party ID.

That way we can check internally if the information is properly loaded and check why is not visible yet.

In our records the SNTC service is not enabled yet, can you please let me know what guide you used to add the DA or how you did the process?

We already made all the steps from the link https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/services/sntc/onboarding_guide.html customer received an-email to complete the activation as you can see in the snapshot down below. But two days after, when customer try to access SNTC portal, still seeing the registration page.

I was checking our database, and for SANTA LUZ DESENVOLVIMENTO MINERAL LTDA, there is no DA assigned yet (see below image), it looks like something went wrong when you were making the on-boarding process.

Can you please redo the process and focusing on Step 5 and further from the on-boarding guide?
