I upgraded my CSP from version 2.10 to 2.11 and not, it is not uploading anymore the Data collected. This is the error:
Upload failed at 08/29/2024 21 00 34 BRT with the response
TailEndGateway_Connectivity_Exception_occured
CPExport_1724975004584 416 1
I have created a new entitlement on the Library - Administration - All Collectors.
I download the entitlement file and activated my CSP. I can see conection between the CSP and services.cisco.com, but when the CSP collect data from devices, I get the error above.

Hello @network.sdsla
Thank you for contacting Cisco.
I wanted to bring to your attention that there is a bug that may be related to the issue you are having. The bug basically says that the error is related to the timesync, which means the time may not be synced and needs to be set up correctly.
https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCwc98522
The workaround is to set the correct time manually. CDT or EDT time can be used as a reference.
To change the CSPC time manually follow these steps:
1. Open a CLI session as collectorlogin then change to root user
2. Use the timedatectl command to assign a new time and date
example :
# timedatectl set-time 'YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS'

Thanks Lina for your support. It worked now. I did like your recommendation and the data was uploaded to the services.cisco.com
