Hello,
I have been asked to put my issue on this community.
We have setup Solarwinds NCM connector to collect data on smart net portal. And ut seems we are able to connect from NCM connector to Smartnet and able to see correct number of devices in inventory summary.
But for more than 90% of devices (out of ~ 200) inventory insight doesn't recognize them, the error says “FAILED: The input serial number and Mac address are not available.”
I have also attached error screenshot for reference.
Can someone help to resolve this issue?

Can you please share details about the inventory?
Company name, inventory name, and type of devices with issues would help.
