Hello Team,
Hope you are doing well!
Please be informed that I am having issues accessing SNTC Portal. Whenever I try to access SNTC Portal it keeps me redirecting to another webpage that states "You do not have access to Smart Services Connection". And when trying to use "Register Now" to request access, it says, "You already have access to SNTC Portal".
Request you to please assist.

Hi Mayank,
The mentioned CCO ID has both Customer User and Customer Admin roles assigned to it. This might be one of the reasons you are not able to access the portal.
Please let me know if I can delete the Customer User role for the mentioned CCO ID.
