My company's DA has assigned me Customer Administrator access in CSAM, but I'm unable to login to SNTC Portal. I can log in to CSAM just fine, but trying to login to Portal keeps throwing me to the register/contact DA.

We have check the contract number provide and the user in portal.
Performed the manual sync for the user.
User is visible on the portal.

Our agency is having the exact same issue...contacted TAC and they say "Smart Account" support is totally different and not supported by them. If you look at all options to open a case...there's no SNTC option.
