SNTC Portal coverage dates not updating after customer renewal

I'm looking at a custom inventory report for a customer and the coverage end dates have  not updated since their renewal.  Contract ended 10/31 and was renewed on 11/1.  Portal still shows 10/31.  CCW-R shows correct date.

Hey JSM92,

 

Can you private message me the company/inventory names for this instance and some SNs as an example?  This can be done by hovering over my username and selecting send message option.
