SNTC Portal unusable. Can access portal but all data inaccessible.

We do have a sev 2 bug that impedes the SNTC portal fetch of data using Chrome and Edge, please use firefox

To check further can you please provide the next details by internal message:
- CCOID trying to see the information in the SNTC portal:
- Customer Portal Name:
- Inventory:
- CSPC ID / Appliance ID ( you can find it on the top and right of your CSPC)
By now please try clearing cookies and caches, also trying in Mozilla Firefox but using incognito mode, and let me know if you were able to see the information.
I will wait for the details so that we can take further action.

It looks like the portal is back up now. I'm able to get access to data and reports on both Firefox and Safari.
