Our SNTC Portal keeps crashing and saying its a "Temporary Issue, Support has been notified". It happens every day for most of the day and makes the portal unuseable.
What is the issue please?

Thank you for contacting Cisco.
If you are facing issues accessing SNTC portal or to load information from it, we recommend to clear cookies and cache and try again on incognito mode on Mozilla browser.

I do this already but seems more of a “workaround”. I use other applications that does not require this and was looking to see a more permanent fix.

Over time, the accumulation of stored data can interfere with the retrieval of new information or the generation of updated reports. That is why we recommend to clear your browser's cookies and cache. This is present in every browser and pretty much can affect any website. Other than that, you should not have any problem to get information from the SNTC portal.
