SNTC portal not showing installed CSPC version

I've found 2 customers with active collectors where the SNTC portal doesn't show their current installed version.  Both of them show a note that upgrade 2.8.0.1 is available, so that should at least tell me that aren't to that version.  Any idea why that field would be blank when I click on "All Collectors" menu?
