Intermittently, I have had problems with getting access to the SNTC portal, even though I am a regular, registered user. The TAC/GTC tells me to refresh the browser cache each time. Why do I need to do this?

Good news! The environment has been enhanced and it should not require a browser cache refresh anymore. You should experience a seamless experience with logging on going forward.
