SNTC Registration and Activation Problem

Hi there,

 

We help our customer through the SNTC portal registration process, he received the verification e-mail and accepted the agreement. But when accepted we received the attached message, unfortunately we have not received any contact by Cisco Agents. Even if we try to register again we can see the registration form.

 

We need some help with this issue.

Hello Adrian,  I noticed the on-boarding has completed for the customer yesterday. Can you ask them to access SNTC Portal and let me know if they still see any error?

Yesterday when they tried to login, they were redirected to the registration page again, but now it works fine thanks for the fast support.
