SNTC Registration Issue

Hi,

 

My customer did the registration on the portal but there is a problem with the verification e-mail, he receive the e-mail but there is no link to confirm the registration, the only message that appears is: "MISSING MESSAGE BODY", even clicking on "Resend Verification", still the same. See the image attached.

 

I need some help, please.
