Hello,
My customer has gone through the SNTC portal registration, received the verification e-mail and accepted the agreement. Unfortunately. they still have issues logging into the STNC portal. They get the "You do not currently have access to Smart Services Connection" message.
Do they need to complete something on the CSAM portal or could something else be missing? Also, they are using a CCO that has rights to delegate access to contracts etc.
I need some help, please.

@spazziani Have you completed SNTC Self Registration?
Can you share screenshot of the error that you see while accessing SNTC Portal?

Yes, I completed the registration successfully.
