Hi there,
My customer is trying to do the registration at "services.cisco.com" but after the page to insert the contract number and serial number, he receive an error message saying:
"Ops! Something went wrong..
We are unable to process your registration request at this time. Kindly retry later. Sorry for the inconvenience"
We need some help to complete the registration, please.

Customer needs assistance in accessing the SNTC portal.
Cross verified the details shared by the customer.
Assigned the role of the CA and DA to the mentioned CCO ID.
Customer can now access the SNTC portal
