Have a customer who has just completed the registration for SNTC and would like to set up collector ASAP. Is there any way the registration can be hurried along today?

My customer was able to accept and sign the agreement in CSAM yesterday afternoon, but is still unable to reach the SNTC portal. Can this please be rushed? We really need to get the collector installed today.
