The SNTC seems to be very sluggish and takes ages to navigate. When scheduling a report SNTC stucks at giving me the options.

I'm facing the same issue. The 'Schedule Report' screen is broken. I've tried several different browsers. Edge will show the same window as the screenshot that was posted by kattik. Chrome and Firefox don't even make it that far. Is this being worked on?

I hope you are doing well.
Checked, and Firefox is the only browser currently working fine for now, for reports and for the portal in general. The workaround recommended is to use the latest version of Firefox and clean cookies and cache. Then please try to access again again.
Currently there are issues loading SNTC portal information on some browsers specially those based on Chromium like Chrome, Edge... CSCwh61855 was created for that. You can follow the status of the bug.
