I noticed that I have multiple customers that have SNTC portal uploads stalling. I have a customer that has had an upload processing as far back as the morning of November 3rd. This is affecting both CSPC and CSV uploads.

I updated you via private message for each customer. Best practice, please request customer to wait for given upload to be finished before push another upload for same inventory. Please reach back to us if any concern/question.
