We have this SNTC implemented and running in customer network for past one year. All of sudden the VM went down and not booting properly. Even we restore from snapshot, again within few hours it going down.
From the end, we check the allocated resources and it has as per the cisco recommendation.
I have attached VM resource configuration and booting error screenshot.
Let me know how we can fix this issue.

Hello nareshkumarsc,
Unfortunately the previous engineer that was working with your question is not longer available for reply. I may need to reassign another person to work with you. Prior I need to ask you some questions.. The adminshell is not really the server OS is a javascript shell.. The users for the actual Centos server is collectorlogin and root. are you able to ssh to these users and if so do you have the CLI credentials for them ?
