Hi Sydney,

We have a known limitation regarding this.  Currently the Smart Net Total Care portal will not display device configuration data submitted by the SolarWinds collector.

Hi Bobby, when can Cisco SmartNet Total Care receive and see Solarwinds  NCM connector Cisco SmartAdvisor?  Thank you, Ronald
