Hi,
We have a UCS blade with the PID UCS-E160S-M3/K9=
Can someone confirm that there is a difference in the support of UCS-E160S-M3/K9 and UCS-E160S-M3/K9= (difference is the = at the end meaning it's a spare)
I'm being told that UCS-E160S-M3/K9 can be added as minor item into an existing contract but that for UCS-E160S-M3/K9= we need to buy separate support. This does not seem right. Both should be treated as minor items and added to an existing support contract that covers the router where the UCS Blade is being installed.
