When I try to grant LOA access to my user this message appears: "

 
The user role has been updated. Please reload the page to fetch the latest information." What I need to do? Because I tried to reload the page and nothing happens.2018-05-23_09h32_39.png

It appears you have conflicting roles for the account in question.  I have sent you private message with the details, please check and let us know if you have any questions.

Are you the partner who has recently received LOA privilege and still unable to access LOA information?

No, I can't grant LOA Access, to my account.

Hello,

LOA access is granted by the customer to the partner. You are not able to grant it to yourself.  Please see the Portal Administration and Management guide, grant LOA access section.
