Two Customers Trying to Assign CBR Access.

Hey there,

I possess two cases where customers are trying to assign CBR Access to us; they cannot do so, yet we possess active contracts with the customer at this moment. I possess contract #'s, the CCOIDs associated with the customer and their company, along with our own information regarding things pertaining to the customer.

 

If there's anything else needed, please instruct me to provide and I will do so.
