Hello,
I'm setup as the customer admin for our site, but i'm unable to access the SNTC portal. If I go to services.cisco.com, it redirects me to the page saying "You do not currently have access to Smart Services Connection. You must be entitled to at least one Smart Services contract to request access." Can someone please advise what I may be missing? Thanks
