SNTC Collector - TailEndGateway_Connectivity_Exception_occured

Hello, we have a problem when uploading the file of the scheduled task. The message error is TailEndGateway_Connectivity_Exception_occured
The version is 2.11, we did a new installation because we were with the 2.8 version, we created the backup file and restored all the configuration.

Also, when we try to access to "Software Updates -> Server connection setup" and we put the credentials that page freezes and does nothing.

Getting the same error. Have tried generating new entitlement, reloads, set upload to disabled-reboot-then back to connectivity. Still fails.

Hello, we did a new installation with a new entitlement, and then we had to do troubleshooting in the firewall, the collector needs to connect to the IP 72.162.7.113 on ports 80 and 443.
