Unable to connect CSPC via CLI, admin account is locked

Hello, 

 

I have problem with logging to CSPC 2.7, admin account is locked, please below:

Do you have CLI access with the collectorlogin and root accounts?

Hello,
No, we do not have collectorlogin and root accounts.
Last time we used admin account a month ago and got notification that the password was expired, so we changed it. Further we used WEB access only. Yesterday we failed to access via CLI using new password

It looks like during the time after you changed your password something or someone has failed to login 57 times and has locked the account. Do you have any services scanning the network and attempting to login to devices with generic account names and passwords? If so I would suggest white-listing this appliance.

 

If you had collectorlogin/root account access it would be trivial to unlock the account but since you do not, your best bet is going to be to re-deploy if you really need CLI access to the collector.
