We recently obtained a new SmartNet contract and I was instructed to use the SNTC to view and mange our SmartNet devices. https://services.cisco.com/
I was provided these resources which I have reviewed and followed.

Facts:
• I already have a CCO ID.
• I am a SAMT Administrator and already associated my CCO with our new contract.
• I am a Cisco Services Access Management DA and a Smart Net Total Care - Customer Administrator
• I was already registered for SNTC portal access
Issue:
• I can get logged into SNTC, but I am unable to do anything in the portal.
• The “Get Started” page is blank and I receive errors which I have attached to the case. I’ve tried several browsers.
• The Administration menu does not contain anything.
I have no options to do anything. Import files, setup collectors, etc.
Please advise.

The only submenu option under Administration is "All Collectors".
