Unable to Grant Access to Internal user on CSAM.

Hello everyone,

I have a customer that is having issues granting internal access to a user within their own company. The DA is attempting to grant their user internal access to the SNTC Portal, but cannot do so despite the user being associated in all aspects to the company. Assistance would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.


Additional information:

We are unable to even get to the role assignment page for this user. "The entered user ID was not found, or is not associated with your company." Error keeps producing despite the association of the user in question to the company.
