Hi,

I'm unabled to import .csv file in SNTC. Each time I try, I've got the error :

"Import Errors: Operation could not be complete. [Unable to perform the operation = File Import failed. Error in CSV headers.]"

Here is my .CSV format :

Hostname,IPAddress,SerialNumber,ProductID,MACAddress,sysLocation,SoftwareType,SoftwareVersion,

host1,x.x.x.x,ABC123,ABC123,,,,

Could you please help me to find what I'm doing wrong ?

Thank you

Hey Celine,

It appears the headers from your CSV are incorrect.

I see there is one extra comma at the end of the header, highlighted below -

Please remember to remove both row 2 and column I when submitting CSV file.

Give this a try and let me know if you still run into issues.

Suchita
