Unable to see new Vulnerability alerts in SNTC. the last CVE id I see is 2018.

 

How to get new Vulnerability alerts for the devices.

I was unable to find any topics to find a vulnerability in the portal. Can you suggest any specific topic or the steps, please.

Hi Navin,

 

I was reviewing your SNTC account and it appears there has not been a new upload since 2018.

Can you perform a new upload to help refresh the inventory on the Portal?

That was helpful. I tried uploading the new data, but I am getting the below-mentioned error.

 

Import Errors: Operation could not be complete. [Unable to perform the operation = File Import failed. Error in CSV headers.] retry

 

I have used the headers correctly, but still getting the error. Below is the header for your reference, Please assist.

 

HostnameIPAddressSerialNumberProductIDsysLocationSoftwareTypeSoftwareVersion

You are missing one of the headers, Column E -MACAddress

Also remember to Remove both row 2 and column I when submitting CSV file
