Update data in services.cisco.com from on-prem collector

I recently unmanaged a few devices within the on-prem collector, however the unmanaged devices still appear in the web portal for services.cisco.com. How do force changes to replicate to the cloud?

Hi Steve,

SNTC portal is designed in such a way that it shows the stale data as well on the account . And secondly if you don't want to see the data which has been un-managed, you can create a new inventory and cert & then run upload.
Then old data won't show on the portal
