Status : Apply-in-progress
Start Time : Apr/09/2018 16:38:16
End Time : -
I've already tried to set the status as "apply-failed" to restart the installation process but without any result.
Any idea?

Hi Renaud,
What is the current version of collector (please provide 'show version -d' output? Did you receive any error while trying to set to 'apply-failed' status? If any error, please share.

Can you please check and see if the patch files seem to have been downloaded successfully?
From a root username, you can run the below commands:
'ls -alrth /opt/LCM/tmp/'

(I've made a mistake, I accept this post as solution, I don't know if anyone can chage that).
There are these files in the directory:
-rw-r--r--. 1 casuser casusers 1.1G Apr 9 16:29 sp-30.0.4-0-0-lnx64-package.zip
-rw-r--r--. 1 casuser casusers 340M Apr 9 16:40 sp-30.0.4-0-0-lnx64.zip
