Upload processing stuck

We have multiple uploads that are in que to process and the last one took 4+ days to fail.  How can we get these processed through?

Hey Anthony,

Looks like the uploads have finished up earlier this morning!  For future uploads, please avoid pushing multiple uploads in a short period of time, as they can lock up the traffic.

If everything looks correct, please accept this solution so we can identify that this post has been closed out.

Thanks,
Justin

Hey Anthony,

Can you private message me the company and inventory names for which the uploads are getting stuck?  This can be done by hovering over my username and selecting the message option.

Thanks,
Justin

Hey Anthony,

It appears there was a party lock in the backend that has caused a block in the uplaods.  It may have been due to multiple uploads being pushed in a short amount of time.  In the future, please refrain from pushing more than one upload and wait until the previous upload completes before processing another.  Customer best practice is to push one per week.

I will let you know when the block is cleared and the upload is processed.

Thanks,
Justin
