Using the Solarwinds NCM connector, it shows "Processing with Cisco". However, in the portal, I show nothing in the upload processing section of SNTC portal. I've retried this several times with no luck.

Thanks for the details. I believe the issue is that solarwinds uploads do not allow you to specify the name of the inventory to upload.
By default, they are processed under the name: "Solarwinds_Default".
In your case, it looks like all you have to do is select this secondary inventory from the inventory selection on the top left of the portal.

Are you not able to select the Solarwinds inventory?
Can you share a screenshot of what your inventory selection options look like?

I found it. I was pulling up the information under the Smart Advisor section.
I think I'm good now.
