User Entitled to a Smart contract can't self register

Cisco SmartNet

Hello again SNTC team,

I got this problem with another client. He's entitleted to a smart service contract that's valid and active, and it was already associated to his CCOID.

But everytime he tries to access services.cisco.com to start the self-register process he's thrown back to the below screen saying he's not entitled to a smart service contract.band_sntc.JPG

Hello There,

This is the initital page that users will see when they access services.cisco.com and if the CCO ID is not yet registered with SNTC.

Can you confirm whether CCO ID: mauricio.b*** has clicked on Register Now URL available on this screen? This url will take you to self-registerister screen where user can enter Contract# and Serial number and proceed with registration.

Regards,

Suchita

Hi Suchita,
Thank you for your assistance. It was a silly mistake, but now my client was able to register himself.
Have a great day!
