Logged into SNTC Portal and was told that "Account setup is in progress-check back in 24 hours" I have been using the portal for weeks. I need to know why I have NO ACCESS to reports, inventory, etc. Why is my account setup being completed again? There are no "Notifications" in the portal of any errors, and no Community posts I have seen that can explain this screen.

Hi Daniel,
There was a sync issue earlier this week (Bug ID : CSCuw90441). I am checking with our back-end team if this could be the same issue affecting your access. Someone will update you via this thread as soon as possible.
