Hi
Attempts at validating my email have failed continuously without violating any of the conditions stated to warrant expiration. What could be wrong and how do I go beyond this level ?

Hello,
One of the registration requirements is that your email domain does not belong to a public provider such as hotmail, yahoo, gmail, etc.
If possible, please modify your profile so that your email address domain includes your company's own domain.

I am using my corporate email address what else could be wrong
or how many hours do I have to spend with support to get this working
how should I call for support on this issue
I spoke with Customer service and they know nothing about this?

Hello Linas,
Assuming your email validation is failing it could be because your email domain name does not match the company name in your CCO profile.
Can you tell us what step in the registration process you are at and what actual error message do you receive?

My verification link has expired for SmartNet total care portal. I have verified as DA but it is still asking me to register again. My CCO ID is brandontoolhire and my email address is stuart.coles@brandonhire.co.uk.
Please can you confirm how to rectify this?
