Hello,
A question came up in a portal training today with respect to the Warranty information in the Library>Custom Inventory view. For several devices, the portal returned "Not Available" in the Warranty field. What does this mean?

Hi Nathalie ,
Warranty field comes from CSCC (Cisco Service Contract Center ) based on the device serial number and product id , If the same is present in CSCC then it will show the data or else will show as not available in the report(s) .
