When accessing the website https://services.cisco.com/ and logging in with the account on the stnc portal, everything is blank as shown in the evidence below. I request support because I need to configure a collector.

Hello,
Currently, there are issues loading SNTC portal information on some browsers. CSCwh61855 was created for that. For now, the workaround recommended is to clear cache/cookies and to use Mozilla Firefox. You can follow the status of the bug.
