Hello,
We installed a trial certificate on the Collector of the client and last week we had change and uploaded a new and corrected Certificate in the Collector and after did a reboot.
But when we log in in the Collector, the old certificate is still there, that is the new certificate was not processed.
Could you please help us urgently as we already completed the discovery and need to complete the upload.

Hey stlourenco,
Did you try to 'Replace' the certificate? If so, this time delete the old certificate from the CSPC first. When this is complete, you should not see any certificate or company info within the Server Properties window. Then add the new one that was created. Let me know if it still won't take.
