I need to update the SNTC version to version 188.8.131.52.
From console to apply update requests when i try to enter my cco id does not allow authentication.
My cco id is active and I do not have any problems when entering the cisco page, but it indicates that it is incorrect and for this reason it does not allow to update from console.
Solved! Go to Solution.
When I was manually updating, I was finally allowed to enable the command conf connection serv enable. With this you can perform the update automatically. I appreciate the support. Thank you for the support.
What is the current version on collector? (please use 'show version -d').
Please try below:
conf server disable
conf server enable
Can you please check on GUI (tab 'software update') and let me know the behavior?
As well, please update me below after checking on GUI. Please reply me log output from collector using user root.

The team where the Collector is installed if it has Internet access and if it reached the cisco addresses in relation to authentication.
But for some reason when I enter my cco id to enable the connection to servers "conf server enable".
It does not allow me to authenticate and as a consequence it does not allow to update.
Could it be a problem of access or licensing?
Waiting for your comments
