I need to update the SNTC version to version 2.7.4.2.
From console to apply update requests when i try to enter my cco id does not allow authentication.
My cco id is active and I do not have any problems when entering the cisco page, but it indicates that it is incorrect and for this reason it does not allow to update from console.

Hi Supriya!
When I was manually updating, I was finally allowed to enable the command conf connection serv enable. With this you can perform the update automatically.
I appreciate the support.
Thank you for the support.

I send the files.
Attach the mail.
Another question.
The team where the Collector is installed if it has Internet access and if it reached the cisco addresses in relation to authentication.
But for some reason when I enter my cco id to enable the connection to servers "conf server enable".
It does not allow me to authenticate and as a consequence it does not allow to update.
Could it be a problem of access or licensing?
Waiting for your comments
Regards.

Hi Erik,
As requested in PM, please have manual upgrade using below Guide.
First, upgrade to 2.7 and then 2.7.4 as given in below guide. First apply Jeos package 2.7 then service package 2.7 and so on.
Please do let me know if you have any question on given steps from guide.
Thanks,
Supriya
