CSP Collector 2.6 upgrade to 2.7.4 failure

Good day 

im running CSP Collector 2.6 and would like to upgrade to 2.7 but having no luck  on the GUI or CLI

my cco id doesnt want to authenticate when i enter it after running the conf server enable and on the GUI is just keeps saying invalid patch when i try to apply the new patch. i really need your assistance.

We have recently released a document which covers how you can manually apply our upgrade patches for CSPC.  Can you please see if this helps to get your CSPC up and running on our latest version?
