I have installed CSPC 2.8 version. while registering trail service in GUI getting error failed to download registration file from cisco backend. please try again.
I have checked firewall, its allowed internet.
If any one help me this root cau much appreciated.

Unfortunately at this time the Creation of TRIAL certificates are being affected by the following BUG
https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCvr54360
www.cisco.com changes to authentication in Ping ID recently on their servers, Developers are aware of the problem and since all collectors ( Trial certificate, upgrade, cco setup) are affected hope their find a solution soon.
Please monitor this BUG until in resolved state

You are not able to download the certificate until that bug is in resolved state for trial version

im getting similar issue. but whe trying to setup a trail, it just times out.
i am using CSPC 2.9.
The bug reports as fixed, but it doesnt list the fixed versions.
is this issue resolved, and if so, what version of cspc?
