With our smart services you can only use a single collector per customer.
a) Under the SmartNet portal your customer can grant you, the partner, access to see their data. You would see all customers that you had access to when you log in to the portal.
b) Under Partner Support Service you would set up each customer, again each with a single CSPC collector, under the service. You would see all customers that you had access to when you log in to the portal.
I think the Partner Support Service is better suited to what you are asking as it is designed specifically for partner use.
