Hello everyone,
I have a customer that currently possesses an SNTC Portal with a former workplace and still has access to it. They do not want access to it because they're trying to make a new SNTC Portal for their new workplace, but cannot do so as their CCOID is hitting them toward their previous portal.
Any insight or assistance would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Can you have the customer try removing their previous company association using URL below -
