ISA-3000 not supported by SNTC portal?

We were not seeing a customer's ISA-3000 appliances in the portal, so I used PID-checker to find out they aren't supported.  Any idea why?  Specifically ISA-3000-4C-FTD

We support the ISA-3000.  Not sure if we support it running FTD, but definitely for ASA.  Are you sure you ran a collection on the CSPC and did an upload to SNTC portal and allowed that upload to complete?  You can private message me the customer name and ISA-3000 IP address/Serial Number so I can check on the back-end.
