Need to link a collector from a subsidiary to parent company SNTC portal

I have a customer with a collector that needs to be linked to their parent company's portal.

You will need to generate an entitlement file from the necessary portal instance and apply it to the collector in question.

That has already been done, but it still will not show up in the portal.  Hernani Crespi told me that we just have to request the  existing collector to be linked with the SNTC portal account
