Are you seeing the error while accessing CSAM Tool? Can you share the URL that you are using and screenshot?
In future please start a new thread so that we can track your issue in better.

CSAM URL is https://cdceb.cloudapps.cisco.com/csam/

FYI I was navigating to CSAM through the services.cisco.com portal.
